




Working with M&C Saatchi, the Digital Hub proposed (a then) a App first for the exclusive hotel chain to be part of the wider Global Pitch for the account. The App was designed for all guests to use which gave them a fully personalised concierge experience. From hotel facilities, booking activities and gaining up to date information on and around the hotel location. It was designed to be a personal 24 hour concierge right in the palm of a users hand. This app could be installed on all digital devices and would allow guests to take full advantage of their Four Seasons hotel facilities and ensure that staff could cater for their every need. A true Four Seasons experience.
