For Genzyme, the challenge was to communicate complex medical information across a global audience while maintaining accuracy, sensitivity, and trust. As a pharmaceutical company working within highly regulated environments, every piece of content needed to balance scientific rigour with accessibility.
We led the creative development of a range of digital experiences designed to support education and awareness across Europe and North America. This included second screen experiences for live medical events, allowing healthcare professionals to engage with content in real time without disrupting the core presentations.
Alongside this, we developed a new digital platform that housed structured learning programs and video content filmed across multiple international locations. The aim was to create a consistent, high quality educational environment that could support ongoing learning rather than one off engagement.
To further support understanding of multiple sclerosis, we also designed an interactive touchscreen experience that translated complex medical concepts into intuitive, explorable interactions. The experience was built to inform rather than persuade, helping audiences grasp key issues through clarity and participation.
