DHL operates a global network of warehouse facilities supported by thousands of employees responsible for ensuring speed, accuracy, and operational excellence. As facilities, technologies, and processes continually evolve, the challenge was to keep teams aligned, informed, and confident in how they operate.
We led the creative and experience design of a global intranet platform built to support DHL’s warehouse network. The objective was not only to share information, but to create a central system that enabled understanding, consistency, and learning across locations.
Working closely with UX and UI specialists, we mapped the core needs of the network and translated them into an intuitive digital experience. The platform allowed users to construct a digital representation of their warehouse, access the latest technology updates, and source learning tools to support team development and operational standards.
Designed as a secure HTML5 platform, the intranet was built to work seamlessly across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. This ensured accessibility regardless of location, shift pattern, or role, allowing employees to stay connected and informed wherever they were working.
The result was a practical, scalable experience that helped DHL maintain operational excellence by giving its people a clear, reliable, and consistent digital environment to support their work.
